Tact merges all of your same contacts from separate sources into one contact. Your contacts are merged based on matching email address, first name and last name. If you are seeing a duplicate contact, it's possible that the first name, last name and/or email do not match. You can fix this by following the steps below.
Steps to Remove Duplicate Contact from Tact:
1. Make sure both contacts have the same spelling for the first name and last name.
2. Make sure both contacts have the same listed email
Once you've made sure both contacts have matching information Tact will automatically merge both contacts.
