Clearing Cache & Data

1. Check for Updates

Check if there are any Android Software Updates, if so please install them.


2. Clear Cache & Data

You can clear the Cache & Data by going to your settings and clicking on the Applications section. Then you can scrolling down to the Tact App, select Tact App. Then you will see you buttons "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data", select both. 

 

Settings > Applications > Tact App > Clear Cache & Data
