How to use the Tact business card scanner

The Tact app can create new contacts from scanned business cards. It can also sync those contacts to Salesforce. Here are the steps on how to scan a business card,

How to scan a business card:
1. Tap on the Contacts tab
2. Tap the "Plus" icon at the top right corner
3. Tap "Scan Business Card"
4. Scan business card
6. Verify contact details and Tap "Save"

Note: Required fields indicated by a red bar must be filled out to save the contact.

Tact Tips:

• If Save to iPhone is not available, go to Settings -> Data Sources and tap on Contacts.  Make sure to allow Tact to access Contacts.  Once done, go back to add new contact and slide Save to iPhone to ON
• You can tap on any field to see the image taken from the business card. Fields highlighted with a red underline indicate text we're not 100% positive we recognized all the text and numbers.
