Tact gives you access to all of your customer information and activity history while mobile. You can do things like quickly refer back to previous conversations when preparing for a sales call and keep Salesforce updated with the latest account information.
- Tap on a 'Contact' to view activity history and perform quick actions like calling or logging an activity.
- Tap the ‘+’ or “Business Card’ icon to create a new contact.
- Tap ‘Edit’ to update information including any custom and required fields.
