How to experience the 360 customer view

Tact’s 360 Customer View is designed to bring all customer history together in one place so sellers can be thoroughly prepared for a meeting before dialing or walking in.

 Open The Tact App 

• Select the Contacts Icon

  • Tact lists all your contacts with the five most recent interactions listed first 

• Tapping a contact takes you to a 360 degree view 

  • This view includes the most recent activity logged to Salesforce including:

    • customer details

    • calls

    • meetings

  • This view also shows

    • any open tasks or related actions

    • any opportunities related to the contact

• Tact allows sellers to easily text, email, or call a contact from within the app
