Tact for Android does not yet have the same Maps features as the Tact app for iOS. You can, however, still access navigation support to a contact's address through the Tact app.
Using Maps in the Tact App

For a selected contact tap the 'location' icon

Your device will open your default "navigation" app to the address on file for the selected contact
