Tact does not support the use of a same Salesforce account across Android and iOS devices. You will not be able to migrate the account either. You will need to delete the account from the current device to set it up on the new device.
Android to iOS
If you're switching from an Android to an iOS device, to continue using Tact, start by deleting your Tact account from your Android device. Here's how to do this -
1. Open Tact, tap on More at the bottom right corner and then tap on Settings.
2. Tap on Account (you'll see your email address above it).
3. Tap on Delete Account.
4. Tap on Delete to confirm.
Once your account has been deleted, you can download Tact on your iOS device and go through the setup process.
iOS to Android
If you're switching from an iOS device to an Android device, to continue using Tact, start by deleting your Tact account from your iOS device. Here's how to do this -
1. Open Tact, tap on More at the bottom right corner and then tap on Settings.
2. Tap on Account.
3. Tap on Delete Account.
4. Tap on Delete to confirm.
Once your account has been deleted, you can download Tact on your Android device and go through the setup process.
