At this time Tact cannot support the same Salesforce account being used across Android and iPhone devices. If you're switching from using Tact on an Android device to an iPhone, you will first need to delete your Tact account through your Android device. Here is how to do this:
1. In Tact, tap on "More" in the bottom right corner and "Settings" next to the gear icon 2. Tap on "Account" (you'll see your email address above it) 3. Tap on "Delete Account" 4. Tap on "Delete" to confirm the deletion
Once your account has been deleted, you can download Tact on your iPhone device and go through the setup process. You can reference this article here: How to Set Up Tact for iOS
If you no longer have the device in your possession you can reach out to us at email@example.com to help delete your account.
