Thread versions 5.0 and above can be configured to work with your company's single sign-on. Please reach out to your Thread Administrator to set up your SSO.
Once SSO is enabled, you'll log in by clicking on the Single Sign-On(SSO) button and entering your company SSO credentials. See Figure 1
- If SSO is not enabled for your Thread org, you will not be able to use SSO to login and will get an error. See Figure 2
- If SSO is enabled for your Thread org, you will not be able to sign in with a Thread specific username and password, but instead will click on the Single Sign-On(SSO) button use your company SSO username and password. See Figure 3
