If you've noticed that your emails have stopped syncing in Tact after connecting to Exchange using OAuth and then changing your password, this is due to a known issue we are currently working to resolve.
In the meantime, there is a workaround so you can get your emails syncing again.
You will first need to disconnect Exchange as a data source following these steps:
-
Tap on the "More" tab
-
Tap on "Settings"
-
Tap on "Data Sources"
-
Tap on "Exchange"
-
Tap on "Disconnect"
-
Tap on "Delete All Data"
Once you've disconnected Exchange as a data source, you will need to reconnect Exchange as a data source using OAuth. To do this, you can follow these steps:
-
Open Tact and tap on the "More" and then tap on "Settings"
-
Tap on "Data Sources"
-
Tap on "Exchange"
-
Enter your Exchange email
-
Tap "Sign in"
-
Enter your Exchange password and tap "Sign in"
-
Tap "Accept"
-
Enter your Authentication code and tap "Verify"
