Tact allows you to add Exchange as a data source so you can access your email directly from Tact.
If you're not seeing your emails in Tact, it's possible the reason is that the email is older than two weeks. Currently, the app only shows a backlog of two weeks' worth of emails. Any emails that are older than two weeks will not be shown in Tact.
If the email is more recent, you may want to try disconnecting and then reconnecting your Exchange data source. You can do this by using the following steps:
To disconnect Exchange as a data source follow these steps:
1. Tap on the "More" tab
2. Tap on "Settings"
3. Tap on "Data Sources"
4. Tap on "Exchange"
5. Tap on "Disconnect"
6. Tap on "Delete All Data"
To reconnect Exchange as data source follow these steps:
1. Tap on the "More" tab
2. Tap on "Settings"
3. Tap on "Data Sources"
4. Tap on "Exchange"
5. Enter your email address
6. Tap on "Sign in"
7. Enter your Login information
