At times, Tact requires a resync of data between the Tact app and our server. When this occurs, the user should see a prompt to resync.
Tap on "Resync" to start this process. When resync is running the status should show as follows:
When there is a large amount of data being synced it can take longer than is usual (~5 minutes) to resync and it might seem like resync is stuck. In this situation, follow the steps below to move resync to the background and allow Tact to be used normally.
Double-tap on the device "Home" button (to see all open apps)
Swipe up on Tact app to close it
Tap on the "Home" button
If the above steps still showing sync, turn off the device then back on.
