How to get Event viewer logs in Windows

Please perform the below steps to get the windows event logs:

Search for Event Viewer in Start Menu and open it.
Click on Windows Logs > Application Item
Wait for a bunch of events to show up in the main-center pane. After that click on Filter Current Log (usually on the right side)
Select only Critical and Error and then click OK
Then from the right side "Save filtered log file as" and save the log file and send it to us too.
