To create a visit plan from Outlook:
- Right-click on a meeting
- You will see an option "Add/Edit visit plan" or "Tact option"
- Click on it
- Tact app will open with the list of events
- There is an option "Add Visit Plan" on the top right corner
- Click on "Add Visit Plan"
- Event details will open.
- Enter the details as per your requirement and make sure to fill all the required fields
- Submit the event
- The visit plan will get synced with the SFDC
